IT Administrator (last update: 1st April, 2013)
Description
- Provide IT support on hardware and software to end-users
- Participate in IT projects related to project development, SEO and SEM campaign
- Participate in IT projects related to project development, SEO and SEM campaign
- Responsible for managing and maintaining the company website and the backend CMS system
- To manage vendor relations as necessary including request for proposal, quotation & support service
- Social networking and promotion (weibo, facebook, twitter)
- Assist in project management and system development
- Provides ideas and input to improve company website and content
- To tackle all the network, website, server and desktop problems, and can manage the vendor to support it
Requirement
- High Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
- 1 years related working experience
- Strong experience and knowledge in end user desktop support and PC hardware
- Able to manage personal workload, work as a team with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem solving skill and can work under pressure
- Able to work independently
- Experience in CSV and php is an advantage
- Basic knowledge in Adobe photoshop and illustrator is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Less experience candidate will be considered as IT Officer
- Self-motivated and keen on learning
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate available is highly preferred

Sales & Marketing Executive (last update: 1st April, 2013)
Description
- Responsible for providing support to Sales & Marketing team and overseas customers
- Assisting Sales Manager with queries, answering e-mails, setting up and tracking customer orders
- Preparing invoices, drafting up documents, scheduling, attending and assisting seminars/trade shows etc
- Develop new business opportunities and to achieve assigned sales targets
- Maintain excellent relationship and provide service with existing clients
- Product advertising, promoting, marketing strategy and planning
- Experience in a similar position preferred, but not essential
- Full training will be provided
Requirement
- University graduate, fresh grad are welcome
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good in spoken/written English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, confidence, responsible, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good PC skills, Word, Excel, E-mail, Photoshop for graphic design is advantage
