Chooze2move.com (C2M) can be browsed through without registration. Registration is mandatory should user's wish to fully utilize any of the website services. User's registration is free and without obligation to purchase.

From time to time, C2M may modify the T&C. The onus is on the user to check for any updates or amendments to the T&C each time they use the C2M website.

Your continued use of C2M website constitutes your acceptance of T&C. Should you disagree to the T&C you should immediate cease your use of this website.

Username and password must not be offensive or inappropriate in anyway, C2M has the sole discretion to remove or terminate user's account. User must immediately notify C2M if you suspect that your account security has been compromised in anyway. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your account. User's can terminate their accounts anytime by sending an e-mail to info@chooze2move.com. All outstanding or due liabilities must be settled with C2M at the time of termination.

No part of the C2M can be re-sold or modified in any part. Users are bound by the C2M's copyright's Terms & Conditions.

User agrees to use C2M's services for its primary purpose, which are the marketing and promotion of properties or the sourcing of property. Any uploaded materials provided by users to C2M can be used by the latter either in its original form or modified by the latter for the purpose and usage of the C2M website or its associates.

User must not upload any contents whatsoever that is unlawful, immoral, or harms C2M or its service providers, or any other users. User shall indemnify C2M and Grant Venture Limited against any legal action and all the consequent liabilities however arisen due to user's uploaded contents on to the C2M website.

C2M does not accept any responsibilities whatsoever for the contents of any 3rd party website links to the C2M website. By clicking on any hyperlinks on C2M users acknowledges that they cease to be bound and protected by the C2M's T&C and are subject to other 3rd party's terms of services beyond the control of C2M.

Any advertising display on C2M does not imply an endorsement or recommendation by C2M.
